Set in expansive grounds consisting of gardens, native bush and trees, Tatum Park conference facilities has earned its place high on the list of preferred places for live-in and day conferences, and recent refurbishments by the new owners, Darren and Colleen, have revitalised the venue!

Three conference rooms to choose from
Tatum Park’s three conference and function rooms cater for differing group sizes depending on the set-up you require. The Cobham conference room is suitable for large numbers, the Gentry conference room suits mid-sized functions, and the Hutton conference room is perfect for smaller meetings.

Exciting activities for your conference programme
Tatum Park’s large grounds means there’s plenty of room for physical fun. You can borrow sports equipment for cricket, volleyball and soccer, or you can bring your own. Perhaps you’d like to take part in the orienteering course, or challenge yourself on the NZ army designed confidence course, swim laps in the outdoor pool, or scream down the flying fox!
The Tatum Park team is more than happy to organise special events as part of your conference including evening campfires, theme nights, and medieval demonstrations of sword-fighting and cooking. They can also arrange offsite activities such as horse-trekking, river rafting, 4-wheel fun drives and recommend the best in local sight-seeing.
Relax with a drink and dine in our restaurant
Tatum Park’s talented chef can design the perfect menu for your conference group to suit everyone’s tastes and requirements. You can relax with a drink in our fully licensed bar while you wait for dinner… and whether you’re having a formal banquet, a sumptuous buffet, or a BBQ around the bonfire pit (Cooksey’s Circle), the food will be delicious and the perfect end to a productive day.
