Head chef, Aimee has worked at many restaurants around New Zealand before coming to Tatum Park. She has vast experience catering for large groups including weddings, conferences, special functions, and school and sports groups, and is happy to tailor the perfect menu to suit your group including any specific dietary requirements.

Range of menu options and dining settings

For large groups an array of menu options to tempt your tastebuds are available including sumptuous buffets, gourmet and casual BBQs, and finger food and fork food temptations. See sample menus here

Choose where you eat! The main dining area has seating for 130, or perhaps you’d prefer a BBQ or buffet in the courtyard. We can cater for up to 300 people at Cooksey’s Circle around the bonfire pit - a great location for an outdoor party or celebration! For smaller groups of up to 30, dinners in The Homestead can be arranged.

Catering for your conference

When your conference is being held in one of Tatum Park’s three conference rooms, you can relax knowing the catering team can organise breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Talk to head chef, Aimee, about your conference catering requirements.

For schools, sports teams and clubs, especially if you’re staying in the bunkhouses or camping grounds, choose between self-catering using Tatum Park’s kitchen facilities, or having Aimee and the team provide the catering for you.
